MR. TARLIC SHAH holds a master’s degree in commerce from Pune University, Maharashtra and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has been handling the corporate laws, Raising of Capital through Public Issue and / or Private Placement, Registrar of Companies compliances, appearances before various authorities including NCLT, ROC, incorporation of various companies i.e. Private Limited, Public Limited, Produces Company, Section 8 Companies, Nidhi companies in various states, IPO, Rights Issue, Preferential Issues of securities, Board, Committees and shareholder’s meetings, restructuring of companies, finalizing various forms, returns including XBRL and other documents to be filed with MCA, ROC, SEBI, NCLT or any regulatory authority etc.
He takes keen interest in Company Law Matters. He is also actively involved in funds raising activities. He has been the Pillar of strength of KTS. With his vast knowledge and expertise, he has always been a source of inspiration and has always been instrumental to take KTS to great heights.

MR. VISHWANATH KOTE holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Pune University, Maharashtra and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He is having experience in handling and advising on various company law and corporate law matters including incorporation of company, dematerialization of shares, IPO, Rights Issue, Preferential Issues of securities, Board, committees and shareholder meetings, certification & filing of various forms, returns and other documents with MCA, ROC.
He is a Faculty and fervent Speaker of Corporate Laws, Economics, Labor Laws he also conducted the lectures for the students at Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for academics.
He takes keen interest in Due Diligence Audits, Secretarial Audits and CSR Matters for Companies and Trusts. He has been the major contributor for expanding the services of KTS and getting it reached to the next level of success.

MR. TEJAS JAWALE holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, master’s degree in commerce from Pune University, Maharashtra and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
His expertise lies in the field of drafting of various agreements including partnership deeds, Joint venture Agreement, Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements, & petitions w.r.t condonation of delay for registration and satisfaction of charges, shifting of registered office, Compounding of offence before the authorities like Regional Director, Registrar of Companies etc.
He also gives his major contribution in Registration of Partnership Firm, Trusts, MSMEs, Trademark registration, Import Export Code (IEC), etc. He is also involved in Corporate Laws and Foreign Exchange Laws and handles the Foreign Exchange assignment of the firm including including FDI Compliances, foreign funding for Start-ups, Government subsidies under various schemes for producer companies, etc.
