CS Tarlic Shah
Partner (M.com, FCS)
Mr. Tarlic Shah holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Pune University, Maharashtra, and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
He brings extensive expertise in corporate law, including capital raising through public issues and/or private placements, compliance with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), and representation before regulatory authorities such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and ROC.
Mr. Shah has been instrumental in the incorporation of various entities across India, including Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies, Producer Companies, Section 8 Companies, and Nidhi Companies. He is well-versed in handling Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Rights Issues, Preferential Allotments of Securities, and managing Board, Committee, and Shareholders’ Meetings.
His areas of specialization also include corporate restructuring, preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns (including XBRL), and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as MCA, ROC, SEBI, and NCLT.
Mr. Shah has a deep interest in Company Law and plays an active role in fundraising and capital market-related activities. He has also completed certifications in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.

CS Vishwanath Kote
Partner (BBA, FCS, NET)
Mr. Vishwanath Kote holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pune University, Maharashtra, and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
He possesses rich experience in advising and handling a wide range of Company Law and Corporate Law matters. His areas of expertise include incorporation of companies, dematerialization of shares, Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Rights Issues, Preferential Allotments of securities, as well as convening and managing Board, Committee, and Shareholders’ Meetings. He is also proficient in certification and filing of various forms, returns, and statutory documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Registrar of Companies (ROC).
A passionate academician, Mr. Kote is a faculty member and an avid speaker on subjects such as Corporate Laws, Economics, and Labour Laws. He has conducted numerous lectures and academic sessions for students at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
He takes a special interest in Due Diligence Audits, Secretarial Audits, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) matters for both companies and charitable trusts. His strategic insights and dedication have been instrumental in expanding the service portfolio of KTS and contributing significantly to its continued growth and success.
MR. TEJAS JAWALE
(M.Com, LLB, ACS)
Mr. Tejas Jawale holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Pune University, Maharashtra. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
His core expertise lies in drafting and reviewing a wide array of legal and commercial agreements, including Partnership Deeds, Joint Venture Agreements, Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). He also has hands-on experience in preparing and filing petitions for condonation of delay in registration/satisfaction of charges, shifting of registered office, and compounding of offences before authorities such as the Regional Director and Registrar of Companies (ROC).
Mr. Jawale actively contributes to registrations of Partnership Firms, Trusts, MSMEs, Trademarks, and Import Export Code (IEC). He is also deeply involved in matters related to Corporate Laws and Foreign Exchange Laws, and he handles assignments related to FDI compliance, foreign funding for start-ups, and government subsidies under various schemes, especially for Producer Companies.
His multi-disciplinary approach and practical insights have made him a key resource in expanding the firm’s legal and compliance practice areas, particularly in cross-border and regulatory matters.
CS PRITY ADWANI
(B.com and LLB)
CS PRITY ADWANI holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and Law (B.com and LLB) and is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is also a certified POSH Consultant from Institute of Law and Management & Spherule Foundation.
Ms.Prity is having 10+ years of extensive experience in the field of Corporate Advisory in Legal Matters and expertise in Banking and NBFC compliances. Before getting into practice, she was associated with Companies like Axis Finance Limited, India SME Asset Reconstruction Company, JalgaonJanata Co-operating Bank, Godrej Housing Finance Limited, Easebuzz Private Limited, etc.
At present, she is the partner of KTS & Associates, Company Secretaries Firm and is also associated with an NGO named Goodluck Charitable Trust based in Pune who works for the women and child welfare. Prity is also empaneled as a POSH Consultant with various corporates,etc.
